Default Error 2203 installing Applications and can't find CeedoPersonalLogs

Hi, i'm from Italy,
i try to install some application in Windows 7 but i receive "error 2203". It happen only with few applications as Safari, Opera, Winzip.

I can't mail Ceedo log to Keith because i can't find CeedoPersonallogs folder in my computer. I did a research in all computer but the folder (or any file related) doesn't exist.
The strange thing is that at work, in my Windows xp machine, i find it regulary in temp folder.
Is CeedoLogControl.exe compatible with Windows 7?

Anyone can help me? Thanks in advance.

The Ceedo log control is compatible with Windows 7.

Please remember that you must start the log control and click the activate button before you launch Ceedo.

When you encounter the problem, click on the deactivate button in the log control and then open Windows Explorer and type %temp% into the navigation bar and hit the enter key on your keyboard. This will open the temp folder. In the temp folder you will find the CeedoPersonalLogs folder.

You could try obtaining a Process Monitor log. This will be more comprehensive.

When you have generated the log, you'd need to use a file sharing service such as DropBox to upload it. You can then send me a download link at keithw@ceedo.com.

Thanks for the logs, Andrea.

The logs show no errors. In fact, the logs specifically state that there are no errors when downloading applications from the programs directory.

If you have a pop-up blocker, you should turn it off. You should also add apps.ceedo.com to your trusted sites and set Internet Explorer to allow scriptlets to run.

Ok,
i did all of this and i saved again the log.
I must say that error 2203 is in the installation process not in that download process.

The Ceedo logs only show the processes from Ceedo. You should capture a Process Monitor log, which will show all processes. You can find the instructions here.
