Default Malware bytes

I am able to install and run malware bytes without a hitch but when i start to scan my machine through my ceedo drive and 10 to 20 minutes in it gives me an error message saying malware bytes has stopped working. This is the only thing that is preventing me buying the product as im still on a trial. if it can be resolved i would buy it today

hi bigluke

Look into the App_crash technical code to determine what is causing it to crash.
Once you have the crash code (you may find it in the event viewer) you can google to get more of an indication, Normally I would suggest debugging, but for applications is very difficult to get the symbol files in order to do this.
Google still can be very helpful.

For example: App_crash 0x0000005 is Access denied in memory space, which can happen with programs if ram is unstable.

Sorry. I meant to pay attention to this issue, but I've been a little busy and it slipped my mind.

I will do some testing on this tomorrow and hopefully be able to find a resolution for you.

Not sure on this one. I installed Malwarebytes into the latest version of Ceedo using XP Pro SP3 with no problems.

I did a scan on the XP box and then moved the Ceedo drive to my laptop, which is running Win7 64-bit, and ran Ceedo.

Malwarebytes launched with no issues, and did a scan without a hitch.

Did you install Malwarebytes on a PC on which you have admin privileges? If not, you may want to try that.
