Trouble With Programs Directory

I have tried downloading Paint from the Programs Directory to install in Ceedo. It appears to be downloading and installing, but when I attempt to open the app, it's not there. I had the same problem with PickPick too. I haven't downloaded anything to my Ceedo in quite awhile, so am I missing something? It acts like it's downloading and installing, but it's not getting there. Hmmmmm
