Programs Excel, word etc keep reinstalling

Everytime i launch Word, excel, (those are what i mostly use) they reinstall and search for the ms office disks and files. if i keep hitting cancel they will eventually launch.

also switched the default browser to firefox and it is an older version that the program keeps trying to auto update. it downloads the update says restart firefox, i do it loads the newest version which runs for a few minutes then it reverts back to the old version....

any thoughts to fix these issues.

mhmmm, it seems to be that you have a problem with some registry entries concerning MSI. Office is something missing in the registry thats why it calls the installer. Do you have install MSI packages under Ceedo which were not successful, or do you install add-ons from Office? Maybe Windows also revert to lastgood because of incorrect registry entries.
