View Full Version : How to reinstall "Ceedo" on another USB Key

Hi All,

I have a License, but I have a Problem :

I have installed it on an USB Key of 256 Mo and it's too Small !!! How can I move my License to an USB Key of 1 Gb or 2 Gb. I tried it with no succeed !!!

I need your Help !!!

I want to uninstall, create an encrypted volume, and then re-install. All on the same USB drive.

I contacted them to get a replacement license. Although they agree I am entitled to a license, aweek has passed and I have still not received a license that works...So far I am extremely disappointed with the level of support at Ceedo. I have written about 10 emails, but responses are very slow and the information does not work.

I was very clear. I told them the old flashdrive had broken, I had restored the backup to another flashdrive and I needed another license. They agreed I was entitled to one, but never provided a working license, were very slow in responding to emails, shifted the problem from one person to another, and now 8 days later, I still don't have a licnese, so not world class support. Since you have read this, Shy, are you going to help with a resolution or just keep repeating that "someone" will take care of it?
