I don't know if this has been proposed before, but I would like to see a feature to easilly enable/disable the Startup programs (both from Startup folder and the registry).

Why would i like that ? Well, i've got about 10 programs (email, chat, application launcher, ...) that start with Ceedo and from time to time, specially when i'm testing some things like themes i have to start/restart ceedo a lot, and it starts to become annoying that i have to wait for all the programs to start up just so i can stop Ceedo and make so other modification. (but i'm too lazy to remove the programs from the Startup folder and the registry).

One simple way would be if the user is pressing the SHIFT key while the "Ceedo Loading/Starting" screen is visible (and also selected) then the programs from the Startup are ignored.

Another way would be to have "StartCeedo.exe" accept some parameters and one of them could disable the Startup functionality (in this case a new option in the AutoRun menu would be also great).

There should be an option to enable/disable sorting in the Header.

In some cases it is sensless to have this option. In other cases it produce an error if you create a view and concatenate fields <-- if a user click on the header an error occurs

At the moment I have to edit the code manually or is there a workaround to use an server-event?

Right now there isn't any other method of nixing the startup apps other than to remve them from the mobile registry or the startup folder.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, it's been suggested to the dev team that a startup control option be implemented.

The Ceedo PowerToo (http://wiki.ceedo.com/doku.php?id=support:advanced:powertool)l has just been released.

This utility allows additions and deletions of RunOnce processes, among other things.

Enjoy. :)
