When I try to access Outlook Express through Ceedo, an error message comes up.

Identity Switch Cancelled
"The current identity could not be changed because one of the applications was unable to switch. Close any open dialogue boxes in other applications before trying again."

But I have no other applications opened.
Please advise how to solve this problem
