Setting Language - Problems

Hi All,

I have done something silly and accidentally changes the language to Chinese - I do not know how, but it has downloaded the Chinese Language stuff and I can now no longer read the set-up screens. http://www.ceedoforum.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif How do I reverse this situation!
