I have gotten all the way to the point that it needs to start the service and will not run. Does anyone know of any way to get a SQL Server on this drive? We have a product that is SQL Server Dependent and my boss tends to get a new computer every week and the FreeAgent is a great solution for him if I can get SQL Server to install on this drive. I am 99% sure that I should be able to get SQL to install if it didnt require a service, anyone one have any ideas?

Amazingly enough, I'm in the same fix - my boss wants to run a SQL Server 2005 database on his handy new drive.

My boss, however, would like some additional information, please:

1. When will version 2.6 be available?

2. Is there a beta test version available?

TIA.

Cheers,

Bob

There is no fixed release date for the next version of Ceedo. The next release date depends on when development and testing on the current feature set are completed.

The current support for SQL is limited to SQL Express 2005, and support for the management and configuration tools is not yet in place.

Contact me through my forum profile with your e-mail address and I'll send you the Ceedo Personal 2.6.0.7 installer so you can check it out.
