Installed and runs in ceedo v2.5.1.31

Pre-installed .net v2 into ceedo beforehand.

SQLServer component failed to install, should be removed from default installation.

On vista install would not work, winxp sp3 however had no problems. I suspect if you use wxp sp2 you will need the windows installer update (installed into host) beforehand as well.

Built a simple helloworld app to test, and debugging seems to be working too.

Biggest problem right now is an invalid licence error at startup when running on different machines. There is an update http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=946343 which should allow you to get around this, though you have to contact microsoft to get it. It was made for softgrid but should work fine with ceedo.

Alternatively you could use the express editions of visual studio 2k5 which do not have licencing restrictions.

Visual studio 2k8 might work too, but a requirement is .net v3.5 which does not yet work in ceedo; another time

VS 2005 used to work when I was running Windows XP, but IT gave me a new notebook with Windows 7 and it will not run. It trys to start and I get this error "This program has known compatibility issues"

Has anybody got a fix for this problem?

Thanks, I found this also, but cannot get either to install because of Installer errors.
